Vacation Saved
"Last month, I was planning for a much-anticipated vacation out of the country. As I began making my to-do list, I realized I needed to get my prescriptions refilled. The problem was that I was leaving in three days, and I wasn’t sure if my usual mail order would make it in time. I knew the timing would be tight, but I tried anyway.
"Well, the day before my trip I still didn’t have my refills. That’s when Andrew Willis, my Health Mart pharmacist, stepped in to take charge. I explained my situation, and he and his tech, Maureen Scribner, immediately got to work. After 45 minutes and five phone calls, they had my medication. They were even able to get my mail order canceled and my proper co-pay processed through Health Mart.
